Usage:

Add cold or hot water to the bag 3/4 full. Place the cap on top of the bag and turn it clockwise until you cannot turn any more.

Cold Application:

For best results, add ice cubes to increase the cold effect. Apply ice bag flat on desired area to be treated. * If ice cubes are too big, crush it first and then add.

Hot Application:

For best result, pour 50°C - 60°C (recommended) hot water into bag. If necessary, add some cold water to keep the water temperature at a safe and comfortable level. Apply hot bag flat on desired area to be treated.

* Do not pour 100°C boiling water directly into the bag.

*Pour some cold water first, before pouring hot water into bag.

Note

This product transfers cold so effectively that condensation may occur in a humid climate. Bag can be wrapped in a soft towel if condensation is not desired or to protect sensitive skin area.

Cleansing and Storage:

  1. 1. After using, drain away the water and hang to dry upside down.
  2. 2. Don't dry in the sun as it may cause the colour of the fabric to fade
  3. 3. Store the bag in a dry place
  5. CAUTION❗
  6. 1. Make sure to screw the cap on tightly before use
  7. 2. Do not crush ice inside the bag or force fused cubes through mouth opening
  8. 3. Keep sharp objects away from the bag
  9. 4. Do not expose bag to direct sunlight or heat
  10. 5. Children and elderly, use only under responsible adult supervision
  11. 6. If you see any leakage or damage to the bag, stop using it immediately.
