Strongly recommend looking for PROFESSIONAL for replacement. We will not hold responsible for any damages to your mobile phone that may cause during the replacement process

Please remove the battery connector before install the part to avoid short-circuit

Only use glue/sticker/double tape that specific for the mobile phone sparepart only. Do not use UHU glue, super glue, gum gajah and etc. We won't proceed for any warranty / refund if you use the wrong glue



Return & Exchange Policy

If you find a defect with any product purchased, please let us know within 3 days from the day that you received your item

We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping amount

The item that you are returning will be fully tested before an exchange or refund will be issued.

If the part appears to have been damaged from an attempted installation we will not be able to offer any form of refund or exchange

Please note that the warranty/ exchange /refund process might take up to 2-5 working days to complete

If you do not wish to replace your mobile phone yourself, BSS does offer an AFFORDABLE replacement & repair service

We also have a NO FIX, NO FEE policy. This means, if you send your damaged mobile phone to us and we cannot repair it, we will return it to you without any charge
