A balanced diet and sufficient intake of vitamins and minerals from food, is essential for children.

Dosage form: Tablet, chewable

Quantity: 50 chewable tablets

Active ingredients per chewable tablet:
Lutein 5 mg
d-alpha-Tocopheryl acid succinate (vitamin E) 4.5 mg (5.4 IU)
Betacarotene 500 micrograms

Contains sugars, sucralose, sulfites, fish products.
Directions

Children 4+ years: Chew (do not swallow whole) 1 tablet per day, or as advised by your healthcare professional.
