Scientific Name：Houttuynia cordata Thunb.

English Name：Fishwort，heartleaf houttuynia，pig thigh，houttuynia.

Malay Name：Kenemek jantan.

Family & Genus：Saururaceae，Houttuynia.

Pharmacology：Diuretic，anti-viral，anti-bacterial，immunity-strengthening.

Properties：Acrid taste. Cold in nature.

Benefits：Anti-inflammation，clear heat & detoxify，dissipate carbuncle & expel pus，induce urination & relieve stranguria.

Indications：

·Dysentery

·Gonorrhea

·Leucorrhea

·Eczema & tinea

·Whooping cough

·Lung-heat & cough 

·Carbuncle & furuncle

Preparation：

·1 sachets tea bag each time. One or twice daily. 

·Steep a tea bag in 200ml boiled water for 10 minutes. 

·Each tea bag may rebrewed 2-3 times，or until light taste.

科属：三白草科，蕺菜属。

药理作用：利尿，抗病毒，抗菌，提高机体的免疫力。

性味：味辛；性寒。

功能：消炎，清热解毒，消痈排脓，利尿通淋。

适用于：

·白带

·痈疖

·痢疾

·淋病

·百日咳

·湿疹疥癣

·小便淋痛

·尿路感染

·肺痈脓肿

·肺热咳嗽

·呼吸道感染

·肺炎，肠炎，肾炎水肿，支气管炎，急性结膜炎，慢性宫颈炎。

*脾胃虚寒者忌服。

**日常适用份量为10g。

**适合肺污染者、长期抽烟者或在环境污染工作人士！


用法：

·每次一包茶袋，每日1包～2包。

·将茶袋浸泡于200毫升沸水，10分钟后即可饮用。

·每个茶袋可重复冲泡2-3次，或直至淡味为止。
