Home whitening process with bleach #trăngrăng
Step 1: Prepare the lozenge

In each Opalescence set, there will be a plastic tooth trough. You squeeze the gel continuously into the plastic trough into a adjacent strip and only about the back above the tray. The appropriate dosage for each tray will be from 1/2 to 1/3 of the syringe. Note that you should not squeeze too much gel or the medicine will spill out when sucking on the tray.

Step 2: Suck the tray

Insert the tray into your mouth and use your hands to gently tap to adapt to your teeth. The time to wear the tray depends on the concentration of Opalescence you use. Choosing the concentration of medicine you should consult your dentist or dentist where you buy the product.

Usually in cases where teeth are slightly yellowed, just start with a concentration of 10%. This is the concentration of the active ingredient Hydrogen Peroxide contained in the drug:

Opalescence 10% concentration: 8-10 hours or overnight

Opalescence concentration 15%: 4-6 hours

Opalescence concentration 20%: 2-4 hours

Opalescence 35% concentration: suck for about 30 minutes.

Step 3: Remove the tray and brush your teeth

Remove the tray from your teeth. Use a soft bristle brush to wipe off excess gel from your teeth. Rinse your mouth at least 2 times to make sure you don't swallow the remaining gel on your teeth.

Step 4: Clean the tray

Clean the tray with a soft brush under cool water.
