Traditionally, the plant was used to treat liver disease, stomach problems and urinary system inflammation. According to traditional Chinese medicine, all parts of the plant are medicine to cool heat and promote urination, cause diuresis, clear damp-heat, brighten the eyes and dislodge phlegm.


✅ 功效与作用: 传统上用于清热通淋，渗湿止泻，利尿，祛痰，凉血，解毒等


车前子性寒，归小肠经，具有清热通淋的功效，对于水肿胀满、小便不利、热淋涩痛等病症有一定的调理效果。车前子还可以起到渗湿止泻的作用，能够缓解暑湿泄泻的症状。另外，车前子归肺经，有祛痰的作用，可以缓解痰热咳嗽的症状。另外，车前子归肝经，可以补肝明目，改善目赤肿痛、目暗涩痛的症状。


🚩注意事项:

适宜人群: 热淋涩痛者、水肿胀满者、暑湿泄泻者、痰热咳嗽者、目暗涩痛者


禁忌人群: 肾虚精滑者、阳气不足者、孕妇


不宜同食: 葱、蒜、辣椒、酒、油炸的食物


车前子性寒，有清热的作用，不宜与辛辣热性的食物一起吃，比如生蒜、辣椒、芥末、白酒等，否则性味相冲突，会降低车前子清热的药效。车前子有利尿的作用，不宜与利尿药同服，以免导致脱水。



🚩食用方法:

煎服: 取适量车前子粉，放入锅中，加入适量的清水，煎煮五分钟后即可饮用。

泡茶: 适量车前子粉，加入适量的开水后即可饮用。

煮粥: 准备适量的车前子粉、小米。将小米和车前子粉，放入锅中，加入适量的开水，煮三十分钟后即可食用。
