Cheffaro Rendang Paste 200g Tumisan Rendang / 干咖喱即煮酱料


Ingredients: Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil), Onion, Galangal, Lemongrass, Chili Powder, Sugar, Garlic, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate (E621), Ginger, Tamarind, Turmeric, Modified Starch (E1422), Kaffir Lime Leaf, Turmeric Leaf, Sodium Benzoic (E211)


May contain Dried Shrimp, Candle Nut and Peanut

No added artificial colouring


Cooking Instructions:

1) Pre heat wok. Heat up Cheffaro Rendang Paste under medium heat until fragrant.

2) Add in 1.3 kg chicken cube (or preferred meat) and fry at medium heat for 5 minutes.

3) Add 200ml water, stir fry for 5 minutes. Cover lid and simmer chicken for 20 minutes at medium heat.

4) Stir and turn the chicken meat every 5 minutes to avoid burning the meat.

5) Switch to low heat, remove lid and add in 200ml fresh milk or 100ml coconut milk.

6) Stir well for 3 minutes or until dry. Serve Hot.


Storage Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight and heat. Refrigerate after opening.
