HAPPY GRASS Ice Jelly Powder 50G
Cooking Instruction:
- Mix 1 pack of Ice Jelly Powder with 1500ml (1.5L) of water
- Bring to boil till the powder dissolve
- Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a mould or tray
- Leave to cool in the open before chilling in the fridge for a few hours
Serving:
- 1 bowl of ice jelly
- 100ml of thick coconut milk
- 1 can of sea cocnut or nata de-coco
- Some ice cube
- 1 bowl of gula melaka syrup
*** How to prepare syrup
- Mix 100ml of hot water with 200g of gula melaka thoroughly
