Goji, goji berry, or wolfberry is one of the fruits that are the best-known berries from China. Since about 2000, goji berry and derived products have become common in developed countries as health foods or alternative medicine remedies. Suggest no more than a handful of dried goji a day, around 20 to 30g. If you have consumed a whole large bag, then some of the potential side effects include gas, bloating, diarrhea, and difficulty sleeping.
