自有燕窝加工厂符合马来西亚兽医局（DVS）与卫生局（KKM）标准，获得食品安全（MESTI）认证。

#Storage Method
The bird's nest that has just been bought needs to be air-dried and stored in a cool place (remember not to bake or dry in the sun, which will affect the quality of the bird’s nest), pay attention to ventilation, moisture-proof and mildew-proof, and can be stored in a fresh-keeping bag or a fresh-keeping box. Can be placed in the refrigerator compartment.
If you find that the bird's nest is slightly moldy, you can use a toothbrush with a little water to clean it, and then air-dry it for storage. If the bird's nest is severely moldy, it cannot be eaten.

#保存方式
刚买回来的燕窝需确保风干，放置在阴凉处保存（切记不可烘培或阳光晒干，会影响燕窝质量），注意通风、防潮、防霉，可用保鲜袋或保鲜盒密封保存。可放置冰箱保鲜格。
如发现燕窝轻微发霉，可用牙刷加少许水擦净，再风干保存。若燕窝已严重发霉，则不能再食用。

#Birdnest foam
Bird's nest needs to be soaked before stewing. The soaking and stewing times of different specifications of bird's nest are different.
Soak the bird's nest in pure water. When the bird's nest starts to foam, tear the bird's nest into strips (if there is a hard block or bird's horn, tear it apart and soak it until it expands and becomes soft). The soaking can be changed 2-3 times to remove impurities. Soak for 3-4 hours.

#燕窝泡发
燕窝炖煮前需让燕窝泡发。不同规格燕窝的浸泡和炖制时间有所不同。
燕窝用纯净水浸泡，当燕窝开始泡发，将燕窝撕成条状（如有硬块或燕角，将其撕开再浸泡至膨胀松软），浸泡是可换水2-3次去杂，一般浸泡3-4小时泡发即可。

Remark:
1. The color of bird's nest will vary depending by season.
2. The bird's nest will retain some moisture before packing to prevent the bird's nest from being too dry and fragile. Therefore, the total weight of the bird's nest will exceed the existing weight.
