Mee rebus is a dish comprising egg noodles in thick, spicy gravy. Reflecting the multiculturalism of Malaya, the dish contains spices from the Malay Peninsula.
Mee rebus is one of the famous noddle dishes in Malaysia. It is yellow noodle served with thick and spice-infused potato-based gravy garnished with potatoes, hardboiled egg, fried tofu (tow knuah), bean sprouts, lettuce, fried shallots and lime.


📝 COOKING INSTRUCTIONS 📝
Add 0.5 litre water with 1 tablespoon cornflour to paste bring to boil. Cook the noodles and bean sprouts in water. Drain. Put into a bowl. Pour in the Mee Rebus Paste and top up with egg, bean cured, spring onion, celery, green chili and fried shallot.
