-100% brand new and high quality -It’s a flux designed for Brazing Aluminium and Aluminium Base Alloys, it can withstand temperature up to 1150°F (650°C). -Mix the welding powder with pure water to paste. -Apply paste to the mouth of welding workpiece, or pre-heating the brazing and soldering alloy first -Use the brazing and soldering alloy stick with the welding powder. The welding gap could not too big. It is normally 0.01-0.05mm. Application: -Aerospace -Air-conditioning -Automotive Construction -Electrical -Heat exchangers -Industrial and maintenance Direction -The base metals must be cleaned thoroughly to remove dirt, and grease and other impurities. -Heat the end of the filter metal rod and dip into the flux or sprinkle the flux on the work piece -May use in powder form or mixed with water to make paste Safety precaution: -It contains chloride and fluoride and should be used only in well ventilated areas -Please avoid contact with skin and eyes and avoid breathing fumes produced in brazing -Keep away from heat, moisture, and water to prevent reduced shelf life
