All our products are freshly grilled daily according to the order, please store the dried meat in a cool dry place, away from light, heat, and moisture when you receive the product. 2. All our products are preservatives free and please consume the dried meat within 2 weeks if unopened in the individual pack. Once the individual pack is opened, please consume within 3 days or otherwise store in the refrigerator for no more than 6 days. 3. All our products are grilled to perfection for flavor and aroma before packaging and therefore reheating the product before consumption is not necessary. Each slice of "Jin BBQ Meat" proudly presented to you by our company "Jin Woh Sausage Sdn Bhd" is carefully hand-crafted using local fresh pork and chicken meat infused with our 60-year-old history long Bakkwa recipe combined with skillful crafting technique by our chefs. Each slice of Bakkwa is freshly grilled to perfection with quality charcoal by our expert pitmasters and then individually vacuum packaged to ensure the Bakkwa is packed with intense flavor, aroma, and freshness when our customers consume it.
