English Name：Oriental Arborvitae，thuja orientalis.（The name arborvitae meaning“tree of life”in Latin）

Common Name：Tree of Life

Family & Genus：Cupressaceae，Platycladus

Pharmacology：Hemostasis，antitussive，expectorant，pant-calming，sedative，anti-pathogens & microorganisms.

Properties：Bitter，astringent taste. Slightly cold in nature.

Benefits：Dispel wind-damp，dissipate toxic swelling，cooling blood & stop bleeding，eliminate phlegm & relieve cough，regenerate & darkening hair.
