Scientific Name：Rhodiola crenulata

English Name：Bigflower rhodiola

Family & Genus：Crassulaceae，Rhodiola.

Pharmacology：Antifatigue，antioxidative，antiaging，immunity-enhancing.

Properties：Sweet，bitter taste. Mild in nature. 

Benefits：Invigorate spleen，tonify qi & activate blood circulation，dissipate blood stasis & relieve swelling，dredging collaterals & calm wheezing，clear lung & relieve cough.

Indications：

·Altitude sickness

·Lung heat & cough

·Lung yin deficiency

·Fatigue & breathlessness

·Thoracic obstruction & cardiac pain 

·Deficiency of vital energy & blood stasis

*Children & pregnant women are refrained from consumption.


Preparation：

·1 sachets tea bag each time. One or twice daily. 

·Steep a tea bag in 200ml boiled water for 10 minutes. 

·Each tea bag may rebrewed 2-3 times，or until light taste.

功能：健脾，益气活血，散瘀消肿，通脉平喘，清肺止咳。

适用于：

·高山症

·肺阴虚

·肺热咳嗽

·气虚血瘀

·胸痹心痛

·倦怠气喘

*儿童与孕妇忌服。


用法：

·每次一包茶袋，每日1包～2包。

·将茶袋浸泡于200毫升沸水，10分钟后即可饮用。

·每个茶袋可重复冲泡2-3次，或直至淡味为止。
