After cleaning mop base tray hv some dust/sand so is good the tray can be detach for cleaning not like other brand, to detach tray there’s a button on both side of the tray. Customer service is excellent, face some problems with connection but we’re settle with customer service help all done 🙏

With UWANT I save lots of time with hse chores, can set daily or alternate night mopping when all are sleeping 😴, clean or not is very much depend on individual but frequent cleaning I believe is cleaner then me mopping once or twice a week 😅😅😅 0:10 helpful?Report Abusesiawyin912023-06-14 22:18Fast delivered and good service. 1) great customer service, answering my questions patiently + follow ups after products received

2) great vacuum suction , removes 60% of the dirt

3) product has a mode that vacuum + mop at the same time , lessen my house chores

4) hot water function and removable base , more hygiene

Cons
1) May need to refill water into the tank consistently

2) product sometimes take a while to go back to its own charging pod , quite common in robot vacuums

3) as an ocd, the mop function is not up to my standard. May need to mop few rounds to get that “squeaky clean” results . But if u are not ocd and don’t have kids /pets at home .
