成分： 当归，玉竹，桂皮，枸杞，胡椒，党参，甘草，川芎，花椒，小茴，陈皮，熟地等。

Ingredients: Angelica, Polygonatum, Cinnamon, Goji berry, pepper, Codonopsis, Licorice, Chuanxiong, Peppercorn, Cumin, Tangerine peel, etc.

煮法： 1.先将3000ML清水大火煮沸。 2.加入6-8粒蒜头和整包"肉骨茶”，加入少于盐。 3.然后转至中火煮约1小时，加入适量黑酱油，酱油，盐和味精调味，再煮10分钟，即可趁热食用。

COOKING METHOD: 1. Boil 3000ML of Water over high heat. 2. Add 6-8 pieces of garlic and a whole packet of "Bak Kuk Teh", add less than salt. 3. Then turn to medium heat and cook for about 1 hour, add an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, soy sauce, salt and MSG to taste, cook for another 10 minutes, and then serve hot.
