Appeton Essentials Fish Oil with Omega 3 with higher contents of EPA and DHA for brain development and helps to improve the mobility and cognitive functions among those who suffer from joint inflammation or elderly.

Omega 3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fatty acids which are essential for our body. It normally derived from fish oil. It contains Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA), which are important throughout adult life. Our body is unable to product Omega 3 fatty acids.
