百香果是一种营养丰富，能够美容养颜同时又能够减肥塑身的水果，食用百香果的方法也有许多，不过人们还是最习惯将百香果泡水喝。不仅方便简单还能够有效的保留百香果中的营养元素。

百香果泡水的功效具有净化肠道，缓解疲劳，降脂减肥，缓解便秘，抑制癌细胞生长，提高免疫力，降脂降压。
