4、开水泡桂圆：可用桂圆肉15-30克，加开水泡30分钟，当桂圆饮料喝，口感甘甜。

5、桂圆浸酒：龙眼肉200克，加白洒500毫升，泡1个月。每晚临睡时饮15毫升。

6、桂圆生姜汤：用桂圆肉10克，生姜3片。

7、桂圆红枣生姜汤：桂圆肉15克，大枣10枚，生姜3片。

8、桂圆莲子汤：桂圆10枚，莲子15克，芡实10克。
