哥罗面 ，是砂拉越地区的特色干捞面。特别在古晋一路到西连都有很多当地很红卖这个面的大小熟食店。。比如在32里的一个老街坊， 古今城市3里一个早市的楼上二楼， 在古晋中心一个街头叫padungan都有一家很出名的小熟食店， 还有很多数都数不完。。。对于沙洲人，没有一个不管是男女老少都懂这个面的特色。这个面条卷曲，增加了其本身的黏弹性，口感好，劲道十足。煮熟的哥罗面呈金黄色，加入各种调味包搅拌均匀后，独具风味。

           它选用特级优质面粉作原料，经细致研磨后，色泽柔和，粉质细腻均匀。。哥罗面这么受欢迎原因就是它不仅做法简单，而且面里添加过鸡蛋，营养极其丰富，经简单水煮捞出后，即可与各种酱料搭配。，如干面、干面酱油、干面酱油辣。。。。让你消除不会做饭的苦恼，而且一吃根本停不下来               

                 Kolo Mee, is one of the top tier famous local food originated from sarawak. Can be found in almost every big & small local restaurant/food court especially from Kuching town all the way to Serian Town. Some of the famous location that ppls always go to find alike at a few shops at the old town @ mile 32, on the 2nd floor of a morning market building @ 3rd mile , also can be found at Jalan padungan where theres a shop that had been generations only selling this super delicious noodles. Believe that no one be it young or old, no sarawakian do not know this Noodle if you get to ask around.

            Whats the special in this Kolo Mee noodle ? Its of the way it is produced. Even though look simple, the time and effort to produce the noodles that in the end produced out a noodle when cooked, the noodle taste springy and tangy with the all natural ingrediants that can be found there. It can be cook in soup or in dry methode especially in dry methode...It can be in sauce soy sauce or red barbeque syrup sauce and the taste are so nice that always more orders when we had a chance to get some.
