  1. Sterimar "Blocked nose" (Hypertonic) is recommended for a short period use.
  2. Once completed, Sterimar "Nasal Hygiene" (Isotonic) is then recommended.
  3. Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
  4. Insert the nozzle into the nostril.
  5. Press the nozzle briefly - let any excess solution run out - then blow the patient's nose.
  6. Clean the nozzle with soapy water, rinse and dry.
  7. Use 2 to 6 times a day as required according to congestion level in each nostril.
