This scent was introduced in 2004, a year after its feminine equivalent, and the working together perfumer was Beatrice Piquet. The French company was obtained by Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy in 1994; however, prior to this acquisition, the fragrance house was family-operated. The family legacy with the company ended in 2002 when Jean-Paul Guerlain retired, and although the business is no longer family-owned, the quality of items has actually not decreased.
