2. Difference between OT5205 and OT52R? 

OT5205 is the newer version of OT52R,both have the same features. The difference is OT5205 has 4 knobs whereby convection fan and heater selection has separate individual control whereas OT52R has both convection fan and heater selection function to be controlled together.


3. Can I bake using this model?

This OT5205 model has versatile heat source selection which is suitable for baking, broiling and roasting food by using the rotisserie function that rotates 360° to roast food evenly.


4. What's the function of the knob? 

The first knob - Temperature.

The second knob - Heater function (upper, bottom and both).

The third knob - Function (rotisserie, convection fan and both).

The fourth knob - timer.
