Source direct from the New Zealand Manuka Tree. Each batch has been tested by an Independent scientific laboratory for non-peroxide activity and Methylglyoxal (MG) content.
 
CLOSE TO NATURE
RADIANT Raw Manuka is direct from natural hives placed in beautiful remote regions within New Zealand. It is never heated over hive temperature or processed. It is as close to nature as is possible to achieve.
Each batch has been tested by an independent scientific laboratory for Methylglyoxal (MG) content. 

Tested: 
Each batch contains a minimum of 100+mg/kg of nature's methylglyoxal and is certified as monofloral manuka honey. 


RADIANT Raw Manuka Honey is not heated over hive temperature and may crystalize naturally. Stir to dissolve crystals back into the honey. Warm to soften, chill to firm.

In allowing the bees, flowers, and seasons to interact naturally, you may experience subtle variations in color, texture, and flavor with RADIANT Raw Manuka from batch to batch.

Uses
Use on toast, in tea, other beverages, health juices, smoothies, or as a sweetener.

Always store below 20°C. Warm gently to soften/liquefy, and chill to firm.

Ministry of Primary Industries New Zealand has set up regulations to grade manuka honey. This helps to mitigate fraud or lower quality manuka.
Genuine manuka honey has to come from mono floral and not multi or poly floral (meaning many flowers and some are not manuka flowers).
Kanuka honey is passed out as manuka honey and the activity is very low.

Both Woodlands organic manuka honey and Radiant raw manuka honey are laboratories tested by the accredited body on their anti-bacterial properties. There is a traceability audit for every batch of manuka honey.

Not suitable for infants under 12 months. Do not use it if the cap seal is broken. Contains bee products.
