How To Use?
Ready:
-Make sure that your hands are thoroughly clean before using. -Sterilize the cup before the first insertion.
Insert:
-Gently insert the folded cup into your vagina, tilting it back to the base of your spine.
-Recommend to insert the cup with the positions of sitting, squatting, kneeling or standing-try all of these positions and choose the most appropriate for you.
-It will pop open and creat a light suction when the cup inside.The suction can prevent the leaks.
So use your finger to check if it is fully unfolded,if in need, twist or rotate it to adjust.
Remove:
Grip the base of the cup with clean hands.Pinch the base to release the suction and take it out gently.
You may need to use your pelvic muscles to push your cup lower in the vagina to help you reach the base with your fingers.
Reusable
Clean or sterilize it after use,and ready to go again in.
