Agar agar powder is a plant-based gelatin substitute derived from Marine Red Algae.


Agar agar powder is used as a thickening and stabilizing agent in a variety of dishes, including :

2. Stir until boiling, add 100 grams of sugar and flavoring until dissolved.

3. Pour into a mold and cool.
