coresatin® Barrier Lotion is developed to maintain the skin barrier integrity with its oil-free, light and fast absorbable texture. On damaged skins, it increases keratin hydration in the stratum corneum by restoring the skin barrier, which is normally undertaken by intercellular lipids. The regular use of moisturizers can reduce the amount of topical steroids needed and is ideal for complementary care to support dermatological treatments.
