Kizami nori is roasted seaweed shredded into tiny slices. It is made from 100% roasted seaweed without adding any flavouring and coloring.  In Japanese and Korean cuisines, shredded seaweed is commonly used to garnish on top of noodles, rice, dishes and snack. Sprinkled onto donburi, udon, soba, takoyaki, salads, grilled dishes for added seaweed aroma and color.
