Altruist was founded by Dr. Andrew Birnie (British consultant dermatologist & skin cancer surgeon), and David Westerbeek (philanthropist who has contributed in skincare his whole life). 

The two altruists set out a vision - to decrease the incidence of UV-induced skin cancer through the increased use of premium quality sunscreen and better education. What does it do?

Formulated with a hybrid of 8 mineral & synthetic UV filters approved safe and UV-protective by the European Union Cosmetics Regulation, including the most efficient UVB and UVA filters known today – Tinosorb A2B, Uvinul T150 and Tinosorb S, Altruist Dermatologist Sunscreen SPF 50 Fluid feels invisible on skin, whilst efficiently protecting skin from being damaged by UV exposure. Consistent, liberal use as directed of this broad-spectrum sunscreen lowers risk of skin abnormalities and helps prevent premature aging caused by the sun, including brown/age spots, wrinkles & sagging skin.

Apply generously 20 minutes before sun exposure, as the last step of your daytime skincare routine.
