✅Fukuro Chef Series is made of high-quality AISI 420 stainless steel. Its high chromium stainless steel built-up provides excellent strength for cutting, sharpness, hardness and good corrosion resistance.


✅Fukuro Chef Series is made of full forged stainless steel with its handle wrapped with thermoplastic rubber, which is BPA-free and absolutely safe. The handle design provides necessary and comfortable grip. Each type of knife is specifically shaped for various food preparation.


✅Fukuro is also attentive to the weight of our knives so that you always have enough control yet does not cause unnecessary fatigue.


🚩Cleaning & Caring Instructions:

1. Wash with dish detergent before first use.

2. Wash with soft side of the sponge, do not use scrub, brush or polishing powder.

3. Rinse or wash immediately after use. Prolonged contact with acidic substance and salt may cause pitting and staining.

4. Use synthetic or wooden cutting board. Never cut on marble, glass plate, ceramic, steel or any other surfaces not designed for cutting.

5. When knife becomes too dull, re-sharpen and straighten with Fukuro Honing Steel. A sharp knife is critical for safe usage.

6. Clean, dry and store in a safe place. Keep out of reach of children.
