An enzyme product to enhance flavour of butter based products by hydrolysis of butter. Brings out natural butter flavour. Increases crispiness of cookies and enhances butter flavour in cookies. Ingredient: Bake Plus LX-20 enzyme Usage: 1% – 4% of the total weight of mix Packing: 2 x 100g per packet Shelf life: One year from production Instruction to use: 1. Weigh Butter Enhancer LX-20 and add with dry ingredients. 2. Mix all dry ingredients for 30 seconds to 1 minute. 3. Then add in the wet ingredients or butter or follow your normal procedure. Storage: Keep in cool dry place; close the bag after use.
