#All Ready Stock#奇香巴生肉骨茶#Original Kee Hiong Klang Soup Spices##Kee Hiong Enterprise Cooking instruction: Step 1- Pour in 1,500ml of water and wait till fully boiled. Step 2- Add in 6-8 pieces of black garlic, 1 packet of Kee Hiong Bah Kut Teh herb pack (don't open herb pack), little bit of salt, 2 table spoons of Soy Sauce, 2 table spoons of light soy sauce, 0.5kg meat and boil under high temperature for 15 minutes. Step 3- Continue boiling for another 1 hour under medium temperature, add in some salt to your own preference, and cook another 10 minutes until meat is tender. 烹饪指导: 步骤1 -倒入1,500毫升水,直至煮沸为止。 步骤2 -加入6-8块黑大蒜,1包Kee Hiong Bah Kut Teh草药包(不要打开草药包),少量盐,2汤匙酱油,2汤匙淡酱油 酱,0.5kg肉和在高温下煮15分钟。 步骤3 -在中温下继续煮一小时,再添加一些盐(根据自己的喜好),再煮10分钟直至肉变软。
