Present this e-voucher for one-time purchase worth RM10 in FamilyMart outlets, except purchase of Tobacco, Reloads of Mobile Phone, Game Point and Other Services, as well as plastic bags.

E-voucher is entitled for redemption at any FamilyMart outlet in Malaysia (except Genting Skyway, Genting Sky Avenue and KLIA2).


Terms & Conditions:


i. Validity of each voucher for redemption in-store is stated in ticket as above

ii. Voucher is entitled for redemption at any FamilyMart outlet in Malaysia (except Genting Skyway, Genting Sky Avenue and KLIA2).

iii. Voucher can be redeemed with any purchase in FamilyMart outlets, except purchase of Tobacco, Reloads of Mobile Phone, Game Point and Other Services, as well as plastic bags.

iv. Voucher with Bar code format must be presented and scanned by the cashier for the redemption. Failure to do so, redemption is not allowed.

v. Voucher is valid for one time redemption only.

vi. Only one Voucher can be used for each transaction.

vii. No change will be given if the purchase value is less than the value of the voucher.

viii. Voucher is not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, nor exchangeable for other rewards under any circumstances

ix. Any unredeemed voucher (after issuance) will be forfeited after the validity period and will not be refunded to user nor exchangeable for cash.

x. FamilyMart will not entertain any claim for any lost vouchers.

xi. FamilyMart reserves the right to terminate or refuse the usage of the voucher where there is rational suspect of any abuse and/or misuse of the voucher and/or any unethical behavior in relation to FamilyMart. This includes stealing, abusive or offensive behavior, providing false information.

xii. FamilyMart reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
