Damage Claim Policy:
- Within 2 working days from date of parcel delivered, if parcel delivered on
Monday (e.g. 01/01/24), due date of claim policy will be on Wednesday (e.g.
03/01/24, before 11:59pm)
- Damage claim coverage - damaged caused by logistics, damaged found when unboxing item(void if item had been installed)
- Damage claim exclusions - moisture damage, improper assembly, overloading damage.
- Process of replacing new item parts will be taking within 1-2weeks depends on the availability of the replacement stock.
- Pictures and videos of damage parts will be needed for inspection and claim purpose.

- Please allow 1-3mm differs due to manual measurement.
- Color of the actual item may slightly different from the picture.
