How to eat:

1. Dipped the Vietnamese rice paper individually in a warm water to soften it.

2. Layer down all the ingredients you want either sweet or savory.

3. Gently pull away the edge of the wrapper from the work surface and roll over the filling. At the same time, use your forefingers to gather and tuck fillings together under the wrapper.

4. Roll about one rotation, then fold in the sides for 'closed end' spring rolls and continue roll to the end.
