SECOND:Apply Hyaluronic Acid-Based Moisturizer Under Your Eyes

Dab a generous amount of your favorite hyaluronic acid or HA-based moisturizer directly under your eyes. Do Not Rub In. (*the eyes pads will not work on dry skin)

The eye pads activate when they contact the moisturizer.
NEXT:Adjust Settings
