1. Operators should use necessary protective equipment, such as safety helmet, protective glasses, safety shoes, etc. Do not wear Loose clothes when working. The equipment shall have safety devices such as protective cover, power-off brake, overload protection, etc., and other non-operators are strictly prohibited to enter the operation site.
2. Select saw blades of different types, grades and specifications according to different purposes and types of cutting materials. Otherwise, the saw blades will be damaged due to the phenomenon of chipping and tooth breaking.
3. Install the saw blade on the main shaft of the machine smoothly, install the flange plate and locating pin, tighten the nut, remove the plastic tooth guard ring of the saw blade, carefully check the equipment in good condition, and confirm that there is no abnormality before starting the machine.
4. It is forbidden to place wrenches, bolts, nuts and other items on the equipment table to prevent the saw blade from being brought into the cutting, causing the saw blade to collapse, broken teeth, damage, debris to fly away, and major injury accidents.
5. Do not install the saw blade in reverse direction for cutting. The saw blade can only be cut when it reaches the normal speed.
6. If other foreign matters are mixed in the cutting materials, such as iron nails and gravel, the feeding speed should be reduced immediately.
7. It is strictly forbidden to operate the machine beyond the number of revolutions. It is strictly forbidden to operate the feeding speed too fast. All operations that do not follow the requirements will lead to the shortening of the service life of the saw blade and the risk of major injuries.
8. When the saw blade is no longer sharp and the cross surface is rough, the saw blade must be ground, otherwise it will cause the saw blade to take off teeth, deform and shorten the service life.
