2.If the battery is fully charged and the motor makes a sound, the electric saw still does not rotate, which may be the reverse installation of the chain. Please try again in reverse.
3.Do not use for a long time, which may cause the motor burnt out! Stop the saw after 10-15 minutes of use, and continue to work after the motor cools down.
4.If it cannot be used normally after receiving , please follow the steps to shoot and upload the video, and we will actively deal with it. Video shooting steps: connect the charger to the power supply - plug in the battery - the charger displays a green light - unplug the battery - install it on the chainsaw - give a close-up lens on the chain - press the chainsaw twice or cut small branches.
