MOTUL H-TECH 100 PLUS 10W40

Designed to provide ultimate level of performance especially for recent gasoline engine designs.
Suitable for turbocharged or naturally aspirated, direct or indirect injection, gasoline engines
equipped with catalytic converters.

Suitable for all gasoline engines using leaded or unleaded gasoline, LPG, Autogas fuel.
E85 fuel compatible.

All driving conditions : City, Road, Highway.

PERFORMANCE
STANDARD: API SP

Designed to meet the new API SP specification. API SP standard is fully backward compatible over
API SN standard and all former API standards.

H-Tech 100 Plus 10W40 is formulated with the latest technology to provide:
- Excellent engine protection
- Protection from Low Speed Pre-Ignition (LSPI) to prevent premature hardware failure
- Additional timing chains and valve train wear protection for engine durability
- Improved piston cleanliness with anti-deposits and anti-sludge protection to maintain an engine clean
- Protects vehicle emission system component for emission control systems durability
- Outstanding oxidation resistance preventing premature oil thickening and ageing due to thermal stress
- Anti-corrosion, Anti-foam properties.

The API SP lubricant provides added protection against Low Speed Pre-ignition (LSPI) for
downsized direct injection turbocharged gasoline engines, additional timing chain wear protection for
engine durability, improved oxidation control and piston cleanliness, and protects vehicle emission
system components.

Turbocharged gasoline engines with direct injection have a risk of sporadic pre-ignition phenomena
in the combustion chambers. LSPI, also known as knocking or rumble, generates very high pressure
peaks in the combustion chamber that can lead to piston damages and ultimately to engine
destruction. The API SP standard fully covers this LSPI requirement in order to perfectly protect
direct injection turbocharged gasoline engines
