High Performance EP Metal Cutting Fluid

Hansford Esi-cut 515 is the trademark of a range of high-performance general purpose metal cutting fluids. It combines the chemical cutting properties of a soluble mineral oil. It is recommended for all cutting and grinding operations where mobility of a fluid is required.

Esi-cut 515 is a general purpose emulsifying oil or soluble oil which can be used in a wide variety of metalworking operations. It is a very versatile economical product, processing great durability. When mixed with water, Esi-cut 515 forms a milky white emulsion that does not stick to any machine surface.

* It possesses excellent lubricating qualities tailored to the machine operations at hand, enabling optimum speeds and feeds to be maintained, tool life to be increased and surface finish to be improved.
