For RF control, this ewelink receiver can only work with this type remote. It can not work with other remotes in our store  2.For Voice control, you should connect with ewelink app first, then share this device with Alexa / Google 3.Please do not buy a remote only if this is the first time you are going to use the product. One receiver can be controlled by 32pcs remotes.So we have remotes option for buyers who want to add more remotes

What is the difference between dry contact and wet contact? 

1.Dry contact: It is one in which the power is always being supplied by another source.The port is NO NC COM port.The ouput can equal with Input, and you can connect with other power too.This means you can connect with 1-250 device

Wet contact: It is one in which the power is being supplied by the same power source that the control circuit is used to switch the contact.The port is L and N port.This means Output = Intput

2.Dry contacts are also known as "Passive" contacts.Wet contacts are known as "Active" or "Hot" contacts.

How to connect The input power can be DC 7-48V or USB 5V.  1.there are two connections for lights.If your light has same input voltage with the receiver, for example DC 12V , you can jump wire from the input.Light and receiver board use the same power 2.If your light is AC type, for example AC 220V, then you need to connect with an extra power. This extra power connect with relay COM port and light.Please take a look

How to work Work with eWelink 1.Please download eWelink APP 2.Open wifi and bluetooth on your phone 3.Press and hold learning button on the receiver for 5 seconds, you will see the blue indicator light flash 4.Click "+" and select Bluetooth pairing mode 5.Select correct wifi and enter password, succeed

Work with RF remote After you connect with eWelink, you can find remote control on your phone. 1.Click ewelink remote control 2.Click "got it" 3.Press remote button 1 time, you will see red indicator light 4.succeed

Work with Voice You can share this device with Alexa / Google assistant / IFTTT to achieve voice contorl  Three working modes This receiver has three modes : inching / self-lock / interlock.The default mode is self-lock mode. Inching mode: the receiver can work or stop automatically in some times(You can set any time) Self lock mode: Press remote/APP, receiver work, press same remote button/APP, receiver stop Interlock mode: Press 1 button/APP channel 1, relay 1 work, press 2 button/APP channel 2, relay 2 work, relay 1 stop;relay 3 and relay 4 are same
