Safety Advise:

鉁匒lways install the regulator in Gas stove OFF position only.
鉁匢n normal condition of use, in order to ensure a safe operation of installation. Its recommended that regulator should be changed every 10 years from the date of manufacturing.
鉁匜or outdoor use, the device should be positioned or protected against direct penetration of trickling of water.
鉁匓efore installation make sure that rubber gasket in cylinder valve or regulator is in good condition.
鉁匨ake sure all taps and appliances are turned off.
鉁?Use LPG cylinders in upright vertical position only.
鉁?Make sure flexible pvc gas tubing is in good condition & not more than 3 years old.
鉁匜or rubber Tubing not more than 3 years old.
鉂嶥o not try to remove the regulator in Gas switched ON position ever.
鉂嶥o not move the cylinder during operation.
鉂嶥o not change LPG cylinders in the presence of candle lights of flames.
鉂嶥o only use any tools of installation, after hand tightening the nut.

Steps For Installation:

1. Fill the regulator hose to the outlet nozzle. Use water and liquid soap for lubrication of the hose. Insert firmly and clamp it using the hose clamp.
2. In total absence of any flame remove the seal cap from the cylinder valve.
3. Press the push button horizontally, mount the regulator on the cylinder press the regulator firmly down and release.
4. Turn on by turning the lever, after ensuring that regulator is connected firmly in n the cylinder.
5. To replace the cylinder turn OFF the lever dismount by horizontally pressing push button and pull off the regulator vertically.

Low Lever Indicator-Butane/Propane...
Actual lever indication only to be observed during gas consumption from the gas cylinder to gas the appliance.
Purple: The bottle is empty, not more liquid gas.
Yellow: Early warning plan filling. Max, 1-2 hours use of gas.
Green: Normal pressure-Gas for more then 2 hours
