Why after changing the part but the problem still exist?
It might be
*USB ic problem
IF
* battery drains fast
* The phone gets hot when charging
* It will show that it's charging, but the % doesn't increase.
* Has no power and does not respond when plugging in.
* It can charge a partially charged battery, but cannot charge a dead battery.

▶ Please use up all the power of battery until your phone shuts down automatically, then charge it till full, repeat for 3-5 times. Hence, the battery will be in its optimum stage
