Warranty & Procedures:
Warranty will be voided if the product is damaged physically or overcharged.
Warranty is subject to manufacturing defect & strictly for backup applications.
Please notify us if the product is defective before proceeding to send to us.
Warranty claim usually takes about 2 weeks to 1 month from the date of product returnedto us.
How to claim?
Step 1: Customer should notify us through Lazada Chat if the product does not function properly and subject to the product is still under the warranty period. Our customer service will guide the customer to verify and confirm the product was sold by GP’s Lazada official store.
Step 2: Customer proceed to pack and send the product back to us and provide us with the delivery tracking number. Customer will need to bear the shipping cost as stated in Lazada.
Step 3: Upon receiving the returned product, we will need about 2 to 4 weeks to check the product by our quality control team and we will notify customer on the status of the claim.
Step 4: Confirmation for exchange or repair will be given if the warranty claim is successful and we will post the new or repaired product to the customer. This shipping cost will be borned by GP official store. If the warranty claim is not successful, the product will not be returned to customer.
