● Our professional personnel will give you advice accordingly

4. Schedule Delivery time
● Once the order is made, we will contact you to schedule the delivery
● Our trained technician will be assigned to deliver & install the battery at the given address within the nearest scheduled time

CLAIM/REPLACEMENT
● Customer may walk in to our workshop for battery check and claim for free. For door-to-door technical service, there are charges from RM20 to RM50, depending on your location.
● A diagnostic check & evaluation of the battery will be conducted to determine the issue before proceeding with
claim/replacement
● Only applicable when the battery is deemed to be DEFECTIVE & not discharged due to external factors:
i) User error: leaving lights on or not driving the car for an extended period of time
ii) Internal car issues: current leak, weak alternator, etc.
