Warranty claim procedure:
1. Write down your order number & the problem on a piece of paper for us to follow up.
2. Must wrap the item nicely (if broken during transit is not under warranty covered), attached the paper & invoice together.
3. Buyer has to bare the both way return shipping fees, after you courier back the item to us, please send the tracking number to us.
