1. Wash hands before milking with milk pump or handling breast milk.
2. Heat the breast pump with a hot towel before milking. Massage will stimulate the areola and make the breast completely clear.
3. Milking under your own pressure. Stop milking when the breast or nipple feels pain.
4. Extrude eight minutes of milk (no more than 20 minutes)
5. Use containers with lids when storing breast milk
6. Take out breast milk that has been refrigerated for more than 72 hours (3 days)
7. Do not put refrigerated breast milk and fresh breast milk together.
8. Thaw refrigerated breast milk, or connect the container to warm milk for warm feeding.
9. After the thawed breast milk is thawed, if the baby cannot drink it all after 24 hours, please do not refrigerate the breast milk again. Dispose of the remainder and disinfect the container.
