Volcano31 FIBER GLASS A33 (1KG) , FREE Hardener !!!!!PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONSandable two components Fiberglass reinforced body filler. A multi fiber reinforced body repair filler ideal for filling holes, rusted metal, body seams, welds and shattered fiberglass. High strength, high build and waterproof. Superior adhesion and corrosion resistance to bare steel, iron, galvanized steel and aluminum. No shrinkage, European cured system with red cream hardener included. APPLICATION- Remove rust , oil dirt, oil film, water etc, from surface completely.- Mixing ratio of Base and Hardener is Base / Hardener = 100/2 (By Weight)- Knead Base and Hardener thoroughly to make the color of mixture uniform.- Pot life: Once mixed, 4-5 minutes (at 25’C) - Cured in about 20 minutes (at 25’C)- Add more hardener will reduce gelation time and add lesser hardener will lengthens the gelation time- Not design as a surface finishing product WARNING- Do not apply directly on the reactive primers, anodized aluminum, unary acrylic and nitrocellulose product.- Shelf life: One year from the date of manufacture - Should be stored indoors in the original, unopened and undamaged package, in a dark, dry, ventilation place at temperatures between 5’C and 30’C - Store free from fire, direct sunshine, high temperature and rain drops
