1. If order today, when can get the item?
A: We will take 1-3 working days to prepare the item (Handmade), then usually courier service will take 1-3 working days to deliver within West Malaysia, and 3-6 working days for East Malaysia.
2. Can I get a free wish card or free wrapping, as this is a gift for my friend?
A: In default we have a blank wish card for every flower gift order, if you need us to help you to write the wish card, please message us, we are pleased to write it for you. We provided free Gift Bag to pack the glass cover, if you still need us to wrap the glass with gift paper , you may send request to us.
3. Can I change the note/tag inside the glass cover? For example change from "Happy Mother Day" to "Happy Birthday"?
A: Yes, the note/tag inside the glass can customized according to your request. Just let us know what message you wish to printed on the tag.
4. I wish to customised my own design, is it possible?
A: Yes, you may contact us and tell us your ideas, if the request is within our capability we can customise it accordingly.
5. How to take care the preserved flower?
A: You do not have to make special care to keep the flower look "fresh". Just remember, DO NOT Watering it, DO NOT exposure to hot sun, and try not to touch.
